Shipping

Mahkato Silver currently ships worldwide to ALL countries except Russia (due to current government regulations).

Domestic packages are sent via express for a flat rate. International packages can be sent via standard or express - both include tracking. Please allow up to 4 weeks for standard international packages to arrive. You can track your package with the tracking number provided via this Australia Post link.

Packages DO NOT have insurance, and if you would like to add coverage, please email me to easily arrange this for an added fee.

Mahkato Silver is not liable for any items lost or damaged in transit, but I will ALWAYS do my best to help resolve the situation with you.

Local pick-up

If you are from the Sunshine Coast region, or passing through the area, please feel free to select ‘local pick-up’ as the preferred delivery method at checkout. We can organise a time to meet at my studio.

Returns

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or refunds, and accept no responsibility for ring sizing issues. I will cover craftsmanship issues on a case by case basis. My pieces are built to last, and I have confidence that they will. Unfortunately, I also do not cover cracked or damaged stones. All stones used are high quality, and I cannot be liable for any damaged caused to them.

Ring Sizing

All rings are pre-sized and cannot be changed, so please know your size before you proceed with your order. Most major jewellery department stores will complete a free sizing test for you, or you can purchase a ring sizer from Ebay for a few dollars with free delivery Click here. Please note that thick bands over 4mm wide can make sizes feel 1/4-1/2 size smaller.

Custom Order Cancellation & Deposits Paid

Custom orders must be paid for prior to being completed, and orders cannot be changed once payment has been made. This is due to the fact that any time after I receive payment, it could literally be in my hands in the process of being made. When placing a custom order, I will discuss your needs at length, so no changes should be necessary. Leave it in my hands to create the perfect piece for you!

Any deposits paid for items that are on payment plans or custom orders are NON REFUNDABLE. This is always communicated at the time of deposit, and acknowledged at checkout by the purchaser. If an agreed payment plan duration for an item has been breached - you will lose your deposit paid. Multiple forms of communication is had prior to this happening, but if there is no further communication from the customer, then the item goes back for sale after a final notice. Inventory on hold is not sustainable for any business.
