The Dreamer Bolo - Pipe Opal (Approx $648 USD)
Bolo ties are new at Mahkato Silver! This bolo features a pale purple piece of Australian Pipe Opal from Winton, QLD. It has a genuine leather cord, and handmade sterling silver clasp on the back. The bolo ends are also sterling silver.
This cord can be changed for tan leather upon request. If choosing tan, you can also advise a length you would prefer. This white cord can be shortened upon request.
You can apply leather conditioner to keep it in good condition over time, or swap the leather out for a new colour.
Total length of cord from tip to tip: 95cm (37.5 inches) (roughly 47.5cm when divided in half around the neck).
Silver setting: 6cm x 3.5cm.
All Mahkato Silver pieces are handmade with genuine .925 Sterling Silver, slowly crafted in Kate’s Sunshine Coast studio, and feature unique hand stamped designs. All stones used are Australian, and cut/polished by local lapidary artists. The Mahkato Silver makers mark stamp is visible on the inside of ring bands, and on the backs of earrings, pendants / other pieces.

Mahkato Silver only uses SOLID opals. The true colour of your opal ring may vary slightly to the photograph. The colour of opals varies greatly with light and shadow. It’s also important to note that they’re a naturally occurring material and might include natural ‘imperfections’.
