$3,995.00
Sold Out

This Boulder Opal from Quilpie is seriously incredible! It has lines of colour - basically telling a story of time whereby different layers of silica have piled up. Different environmental influences have given the differences in colour. It has flashes of pink, red, green and blue.

The opal is set on a super chunky, solid 9 carat gold hand stamped ring band.

The ring band is 1.6cm wide. The ring face measures approximately 1.5cm x 1cm.

Size: US 8.5 / UK Q

Note: This ring will fit half size smaller than the listed size, due to the wider band. Therefore, it will fit like an 8.

All Mahkato Silver pieces are handmade with genuine .925 Sterling Silver, slowly crafted in Kate’s Sunshine Coast studio, and feature unique hand stamped designs. All stones used are Australian, and cut/polished by local lapidary artists. The Mahkato Silver makers mark stamp is visible on the inside of ring bands, and on the backs of earrings, pendants / other pieces.

*OPALS

Mahkato Silver only uses SOLID opals. The true colour of your opal ring may vary slightly to the photograph. The colour of opals varies greatly with light and shadow. It’s also important to note that they’re a naturally occurring material and might include natural ‘imperfections’.

IMPORTANT: Opal jewellery should be treated with care when worn. It is important to note that they are a natural material and can be subject to cracking if they are knocked against something hard, or dropped.
