The Tahiti Earrings w/ 9K GOLD accents (Approx $1219 USD)
The Oceania Collection features a unique, stripey blue batch of opals from Quilpie, QLD. They have dreamy pastel tones and pink hues. This pair are a true split pair meaning an opal vein has been split, with each side now a mirror image of eachother. They have distinct lines of colour ranging from pastel blue, pink, and a glow of purple.
This pair of earrings also have some 9K gold accents (the balls and one row of hammered metal). For statement earrings they are also quite light-weight!
The approximate dimensions for these earrings are: 4.8cm long x 3.5cm wide.
Approximate weight per earring: 6 grams
All Mahkato Silver pieces are handmade with genuine .925 Sterling Silver, slowly crafted in Kate’s Sunshine Coast studio, and feature unique hand stamped designs. All stones used are Australian, and cut/polished by local lapidary artists. The Mahkato Silver makers mark stamp is visible on the inside of ring bands, and on the backs of earrings, pendants / other pieces.
*OPALS
Mahkato Silver only uses SOLID opals. The true colour of your opal ring may vary slightly to the photograph. The colour of opals varies greatly with light and shadow. It’s also important to note that they’re a naturally occurring material and might include natural ‘imperfections’.
IMPORTANT: Opal jewellery should be treated with care when worn. It is important to note that they are a natural material and can be subject to cracking if they are knocked against something hard, or dropped.
