I love seeing my jewellery out in the wild - and these ones are PERFECT for any occasion. They have 2 beautiful Boulder Opals from Winton, QLD, are super petite, and super lightweight. You can wear them all day long! They have a cool dark purple colour that really lights up in the sun!
These studs have standard butterfly clips to fasten to your ear.
Approximate dimensions of earrings: 1.9cm x 1.7cm
Opal face: 1cm x 0.9cm
All Mahkato Silver pieces are handmade with genuine .925 Sterling Silver, slowly crafted in Kate’s Sunshine Coast studio, and feature unique hand stamped designs. All stones used are Australian, and cut/polished by local lapidary artists. The Mahkato Silver makers mark stamp is visible on the inside of ring bands, and on the backs of earrings, pendants / other pieces. Kate likes to give the rings an oxidised (patina) finish. If you would prefer to have less Patina visible, please just send a request - it is easy to lessen this effect.
*OPALS
Mahkato Silver only uses SOLID opals. The true colour of your opal ring may vary slightly to the photograph. The colour of opals varies greatly with light and shadow. It’s also important to note that they’re a naturally occurring material and might include natural ‘imperfections’.
