Lake Mckenzie is one of my favourite places in Australia. A perched lake, on the biggest sand island in the world (Fraser Island), this lake has the bluest water imaginable! The colour of this opal reminds me so much of it! This one also has a purple hue about it with flashes of green - so damn dreamy!
This unique Boulder Opal is from the Koroit region of QLD.
It has a hand stamped signature Mahkato Silver band that is 1cm wide (thick bands are super comfy!). The ring face measures approximately 1cm x 1cm.
Size = US 8 / UK P
NOTE: Ring bands that are over 7mm wide fit about half a size tighter than the listed size.
All Mahkato Silver pieces are handmade with genuine .925 Sterling Silver, slowly crafted in Kate’s Sunshine Coast studio, and feature unique hand stamped designs. All stones used are Australian, and cut/polished by local lapidary artists. The Mahkato Silver makers mark stamp is visible on the inside of ring bands, and on the backs of earrings, pendants / other pieces.

Mahkato Silver only uses SOLID opals. The true colour of your opal ring may vary slightly to the photograph. The colour of opals varies greatly with light and shadow. It’s also important to note that they’re a naturally occurring material and might include natural ‘imperfections’.
